The Situation

Performer on the FIFA Fan Festival Atlanta stage

A large-scale international fan experience requires artists, transportation providers, vendors, production teams, and event stakeholders to operate against one tightly coordinated live schedule.

With multiple parties moving simultaneously, successful artist operations depended on clear communication, real-time problem solving, and a reliable point of connection between talent needs and the larger production ecosystem.

The Execution

Served as an Artist Liaison supporting performers throughout the on-site experience from transportation and arrival logistics through backstage coordination, soundcheck, and run of show.

Acted as a central communication point between artists teams, vendors, transportation, and production teams, translating artist needs into actionable operational information while responding to the inevitable changes of a live event environment.

The work combined artist hospitality, logistics coordination, stakeholder communication, and live production execution to help keep both the talent experience and production schedule moving.

The Impact

Event staff beside the FIFA Fan Festival Atlanta stage at night

Created a more seamless environment for artists by managing the operational details surrounding their performance experience.

By maintaining communication across talent and production stakeholders, anticipating needs, and resolving logistical issues in real time, I helped protect one of the event's most valuable resources: the artist's ability to focus on delivering the performance while the infrastructure around them remained coordinated.
